Allocating

Putting your capital to work, on your terms.

The summary:

You choose a strategy. You allocate USDC from your own wallet into the vault tied to that strategy. The vault issues you shares that record what you own.

MakeBanc does not move your capital for you, and does not choose a strategy for you. You sign every allocation yourself.

USDC moves from your wallet through the vault into Ceffu custody in a single transaction. The vault is a pass-through. It holds nothing.

Accessing a strategy:

There is no marketplace to browse. You reach a strategy through an invite code, shared with you directly by the asset manager who runs it.

Once you enter that code, the strategy appears in your dashboard, with its historical performance as reported by the asset manager, its strategy type, and the fees that apply.

The only strategies you can access are the ones whose managers have invited you. MakeBanc does not surface, rank, or recommend strategies. Historical performance is reported by the asset manager and is not a prediction of future results. Whether to allocate, and how much, is yours to decide.

The allocation flow:

Connect your wallet. Open a strategy you have been invited to. Enter the amount you want to allocate. Review, then sign.

Your USDC moves from your wallet into the strategy's ERC-7540 vault in a single transaction you authorise. The vault is a pass-through; it holds nothing. Custody sits with Ceffu.

At the next settlement, the vault issues your shares at the current NAV per share. From that point, your allocation tracks the strategy's performance, net of fees.

What you own:

Vault shares, recorded on-chain in your name. Not an account balance. Not a deposit. A position you hold and control through your own wallet.

Your share of the vault rises and falls with its net asset value. The dashboard shows your position and its current value, net of fees, at all times.

When allocations settle:

Daily. New allocations settle each business day, with a human verification step before shares are issued. The pace favours accuracy over speed.

You can see the request on-chain the moment you sign it. Settlement follows at the next window.

Getting capital back:

Allocations fund daily. Redemptions process monthly. When you want to exit, you request redemption, and the value returns to your wallet at the monthly window. Full mechanics in Settlement cycle.

What this is not:

This is not advice. MakeBanc shows you strategies and the data behind them. It does not tell you which to choose, or how much to allocate.

Capital is at risk. A strategy can lose money, and allocating is a decision only you can make. If you are not sure, you do not have to allocate today.
