The four tiers
What each tier is and what it includes.
Standard:
Below USDC 1,000,000 in total AUT.
Payment processing fee: 10% of your earned performance fees.
Access: Platform listing. Vault deployment. Monthly statements and dashboard. Performance fee crystallisation. On-chain settlement.
Every new asset manager starts here. Standard gives you the full core platform. SMA, trade-only API, allocator capital flow, NAV oracle, performance fee mechanics, statements, dispute resolution, and operational support.
What Standard doesn't include: the discovery and distribution layer. Index eligibility opens at Pro. Capital intermediary network at Pro. Co-branding at Elite and above.
If you grow steadily and don't need the platform's discovery mechanisms, Standard works indefinitely. To unlock distribution, move up.
Pro:
USDC 1,000,000 to USDC 5,000,000 in total AUT.
Payment processing fee: 7.5% of your earned performance fees.
Access: All Standard features, plus:
Strategy type index eligibility. Your strategy becomes eligible for MakeBanc's rules-based indexes (market neutral, market arbitrage, etc.). Inclusion governed by objective criteria in Index inclusion. Pro is the eligibility floor.
Capital intermediary network access. You become discoverable to capital intermediaries who place allocations commercially. Pro and above strategies are visible in the CI network.
The fee drop matters at scale. Crossing from $900k to $1.2m AUT moves you from Standard to Pro, cutting your payment processing fee by a quarter.
Elite:
USDC 5,000,000 to USDC 25,000,000 in total AUT.
Payment processing fee: 5% of your earned performance fees.
Access: All Pro features, plus:
Co-branded collateral. Factsheets, comparison pages, capital-owner-facing educational content featuring your strategy and firm. Jointly produced with your approval rights over representation.
At 5%, the cost of using the platform is a fraction of running an independent fund structure. For managers running a serious book, Elite is where the economics shift decisively.

Payment processing fee: 2.5% of your earned performance fees.
Access: All Elite features, plus:
Co-branded editorial. Featured content in The Capital Series and other platform editorial channels.
Quarterly product roadmap input. A working session, not a vote, giving you visibility into the roadmap and a forum to influence priorities.
Partner is the structural ceiling. Beyond it, the relationship moves into bespoke commercial arrangements.

Stability:
The tier structure is part of the Infrastructure Agreement. The platform can update it generally with thirty days notice, but updates to tier thresholds or fee rates require your express written acceptance. If you don't accept, the existing structure continues for you.
Your fee economics are not subject to one-sided change.
